1. Acceptance of Terms

• Polyaspartic and metallic floor coatings
• Concrete grinding and surface preparation
• Concrete sealing, resurfacing, and overlays
• Pool deck coatings and resurfacing

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for any project are determined through a written estimate and agreement between you and the Company.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All written estimates provided by Weslaco Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on the conditions of the project as assessed at the time of the on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may change if:

• The scope of work changes at the customer's request after the estimate is accepted
• Hidden damage, moisture issues, or structural problems are discovered during the job that were not visible during the initial assessment
• Materials costs change significantly due to supply conditions outside the Company's control

We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work that increases the cost. You have the right to approve or decline changes before they are made.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a job date is agreed upon and confirmed, we reserve that time in our schedule. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

We reserve the right to reschedule a job due to weather conditions that would negatively affect the quality of the work - such as extreme heat during coating application or rain on outdoor surfaces. If we need to reschedule for weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to set a new date.

If a deposit has been paid and a customer cancels with less than 48 hours notice without rescheduling, the deposit may be forfeited to cover preparation and scheduling costs. This will be noted in your written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided before work begins. In general:

• A deposit may be required to secure your job on the schedule. The deposit amount will be stated in your written estimate.
• The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee or referred to a collections process. The Company reserves the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with Texas law for unpaid work.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow the work to proceed safely and correctly, customers agree to:

• Clear the work area of all furniture, vehicles, equipment, and personal items before the crew arrives, unless otherwise agreed
• Ensure safe access to the work area on the scheduled job date
• Disclose any known issues with the concrete - such as previous coatings, active water intrusion, or structural repairs - before work begins
• Keep people and pets off the coated surface during the curing period specified by the contractor

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of the work or void any applicable warranty.

7. Warranty

Any warranty provided by Weslaco Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing will be stated in your written estimate or contract. Where a warranty is offered, it covers defects in workmanship related to application - not damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, vehicle traffic beyond the rated use, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to sales@weslacoepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com within the warranty period.

The Company makes no representations or warranties beyond what is stated in writing in your specific estimate or contract. Results may vary based on the existing condition of the concrete, environmental conditions, and customer maintenance after the job is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weslaco Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Loss of use of property during the work period or curing period
• Pre-existing structural damage to concrete or the underlying substrate that was not disclosed or discoverable during a reasonable inspection
• Damage caused by events outside our control, including flooding, freeze events, or soil movement after completion of the work

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific job in question.

9. Website Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
